The first Everesting took place the Place d’Arc shopping centre in Orleans (we love the creativity here) and involved Joris completing 1760 laps (up and down) of the the shopping centre’s escalator! Now that’s commitment! Not only did Joris complete this mind bending number of repeats, but he did it in an astonishing 10h 36 minutes, making it one of the fastest Everestings on the stairs we’ve ever heard of!
